Work With Me

I believe that wellness is a natural state of being available to us all once we tune into ourselves and turn down the outside noise. The journey is a deeply personal one; my approach is understanding what is most important to you, what works for you in your life and in your body, and holding a space of unconditional acceptance for wherever you are.
Health is not a number on a scale. But sometimes, metrics matter (to us). I've lost 40 pounds and kept it off for many years, and in that process, discovered so much of what I was taught was wrong. Starving myself didn't work. Exercising for hours didn't work. Beating myself up over and over again most certainly did not work. What did work? Learning to love and nourish myself in all aspects of life.
I believe in the healing power of whole foods, self-love and acceptance, community, and rest. Do you wish to improve your health and wellness but aren't sure how or where to begin? Please know that you are not alone, that you don't need to do it on your own, and that there is nothing "wrong" with you. I'd love to learn more about you and how I can help. Please feel free to book a free 30 minute consultation with me.
Love is the path to wellness. Let's do this together.
Some Things to Consider
1. What are your wellness goals?
These can be anything you want them to be, such as better sleep, kicking a sweet tooth, gut issues (such as food sensitivities or intolerance, heartburn, irritable bowel), reducing anxiety, improving skin health, having more energy, increasing intake of vegetables and fruits, understanding calories, transitioning from processed foods to more whole foods, weight loss, greater self-care, etc.
2. What do you feel are your biggest obstacles to achieving your goals?
Examples include not knowing where or how to start, needing/wanting support, overwhelm, conflicting recommendations regarding health (SO much information out there), family members with different needs/preferences, afraid to ask for help, etc. The heart of the program is helping you uncover and address whatever you feel your challenges are to finding wellness throughout all aspects of your life, so please consider that in your answer.
3. What type of support/guidance are you interested in?
This can include meal plans and recipes, shopping and budget, managing/organizing time, understanding your food patterns and emotional relationship with food, and what type of program format and structure works best for you.
